Chocolate Walk 2010
This year, the 2nd annual Chocolate Walk will be held Thursday October 28th starting at 6:00pm and ending with the Sundae Bar. Last year’s event SOLD OUT! This year we will have music again on the street. Make sure to check back soon for more details and a list of the participating merchants and ticket sale locations along Detroit Avenue. Interest in joining the Chocolate Walk is already brewing and the phones are ringing off the hook at our office!
Advanced ticket sales (limit 2 tickets) will be available to LakewoodAlive Investors (click on link for details) beginning September 7th and ending on the 10th*, after which tickets will be available to the general public. Tickets are limited so don’t miss out on this year’s elegant trick-or-treat for adults.

Lakewood Open House 2010
Lakewood is a great place to call home, and it has a broad selection of houses, condo’s and apartments to choose from. Lakewood 
Downtown Open House is scheduling another day to view some of the housing properties. Coming up in September they will showcase homes for sale within walking distance of Lakewood’s revitalized downtown commercial district. Participating properities for sale in Lakewood will be open for viewing on Saturday, September 18, 2010. More details to come.
